WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN THE BONUS ROOM ACCOMMODATE?
With 1000 square feet and a very open concept, The Bonus Room can accommodate many types of events. Some of the most popular uses are for rehearsal dinners, wedding/baby showers, parties, team meetings, corporate events, and pop-up boutiques.
What is the maximum capacity of the space?
The Bonus Room can be configured in a variety of arrangements, depending on your needs. A group of 20-40 should have no problem finding plenty of space. One of the biggest benefits our space provides is the variety of cozy seating groups, making it an ideal option for even a small, intimate gathering. Our official maximum occupancy is 49 people. Are there restrooms located onsite?
Yes! We do have a men’s & women’s restroom located in the hallway for use during your booking.
WHO CAN RENT THE SPACE?
Anyone! You don’t have to be a resident of Lakeville, a Vikings fan (although that’s preferred) or a member of our secret club. The only rule we have is that renters need to be age 25 or older.
WHAT FURNITURE DOES THE BONUS ROOM PROVIDE?
We provide the furnishings that are already in the space. We have two tables in the main living area that can seat 12 and 6 guests accordingly, 10 high-top bar stools, 2 couches, 6 living room chairs and 2 benches. We have seating for about 44 individuals if you were to use every piece of furniture for seating. If you need additional tables or chairs you may bring your own or rent from an event rental company.
Both of our table set-ups in the main space are two tables put together. As a whole, our high-top table measures 86” long x 43” wide (can be taken apart for (2) 43” x 43” tables and has seating for 6 around this table. Our longer, lower table in the space is also two tables combined and measures 172” long x 33” wide as a whole (or 86” long x 33” wide separately) and has seating for 12 when combined.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
We love sparkles, but unfortunately our vacuum becomes incredibly grumpy when attempting to get them all up from the carpet, so we don’t allow glitter or confetti. We also ask that you not tape, tack, pin or attach anything to our freshly painted walls. Smoking is not permitted indoors and we don't allow candles for fire safety reasons.
WHO SETS UP AND CLEANS UP?
You get to! When reserving space, please make sure you take into account the time you need to set up and clean up for your event. The space will be clean and ready for you when you arrive. We ask that you leave the space how you found it (a handy checklist will be provided) to avoid any additional clean up fee.
WHAT TYPE OF AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE?
We have free Wi-fi (password on site) as well as a large 75" TV and a second 55" TV on arm mounts that can be seen from different areas of the room. We also have an Apple TV with an HDMI cable so you can connect your computer or tablet. (Please bring cords for any conversion as each computer or tablet will connect in a different way.)

CAN I TOUR THE SPACE BEFORE I DECIDE TO BOOK?
Absolutely! We host an open house the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 4pm-6pm for all of our guests to come and tour the space! If you would like a private tour, we do our best to accommodate, but please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure one of our coordinators is on-site.
CAN I RENT THE BONUS ROOM FOR LONGER PERIODS OF TIME (A COUPLE OF WEEKS, A MONTH, ETC?)

WHAT KIND OF FOOD & BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED?
The beauty of The Bonus Room is that you can bring in your own food and beverage from any vendor, caterer or provider you choose! Liquor is allowed in the space, but the renter is responsible for following the proper consumption and distribution laws. Kegs are not allowed on the premise.

WHAT DOES THE BONUS ROOM'S KITCHEN HAVE?
We have a kitchen for easy food prep. Full refrigerator, dishwasher and more! We have several of your very basic kitchen items but please bring most of what you need. We keep our costs down by keeping our kitchen accessories very simple and asking our guests to provide most of their own kitchenware. There is no stove or oven in the kitchen but we have plenty of electrical outlets for crock pots and slow cookers. There is also no coffee maker in the space, so please bring your own if you would like.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE BONUS ROOM?

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR RENTING THE BONUS ROOM?
We require a $150 refundable deposit. The deposit is fully refundable within 7-10 business days with proper clean up and lack of damage. We also require guests to pay for any damages that take place during their stay. Please note that we do take pride in the quality and care of our furnishings. Please take this into consideration before you book.
